FACTORS INFLUENCING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

چکیده

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between work engagement state administration employees and managerial support from their superiors. Attention focused not only on direct effect these two variables, but also role perceived fairness public service motivation in examined relationship. For data collection, a questionnaire survey was conducted among managers Slovakia (221 respondents). PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0 software used test theoretical research model proposed hypotheses. correlation employee confirmed as significant. Our showed that even can influence exposure, intensity enhanced by environment employees. At same time, women are more sensitive effects studied variables compared men. Therefore, it essential government management builds culture encourages engagement.
